IHA advocated to our Members of Congress as well as to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on issues related to: Medicaid State-Directed Payments, site-neutral policies, the 340B Drug Payment Program, hospital finances, workforce concerns, regulatory relief and other similar topics related to hospital sustainability and operations. IHA also submitted comments to Senator Chuck Grassley's office on his request for information (RFI) on the rural emergency hospital (REH) program and on a low-volume adjustment for maternal health services.
