● Participate for Client in national industry lobby effort to oppose S.4938; Client signed letter to House & Senate ahead of Senate Commerce Committee markup; advise Client on NOAAs national deregulation efforts at both the MSA RFMC and agency-level ● Meet with Hill staff, then provide Client with opportunity to engage staff on pending national aquaculture legislation (S.2586/H.R.9802) ● Provide Client with information on the Administrations national EO on sportfishing ● Track progress of 2026 FARM bill legislation, provide Client with strategic advice to engage Hill staff ● Provide Client with information on comment opportunity for NOAAs seafood import regulations; and information to participate on NOAAs regional red snapper data webinar
