IHA advocated to our Members of Congress as well as to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on issues related to: Medicaid, site-neutral policies, the 340B Drug Payment Program, hospital finances, workforce concerns, regulatory relief and other similar topics related to hospital sustainability and operations. IHA also submitted comments to CMS on the Calendar Year 2026 Medicare Advantage proposed rule.
