Various specific issues detailed in LDA compliance reports filed by: Hospital & Health System Association of PA (HAP); American Hospital Association (AHA); American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC); Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP); Association for Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP); American Medical Group Association (AMGA); American Medical Association (AMA); Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA); and Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of PA (AICUP). Particularly issues and relating to the Medical Assistance and Medicare programs' impact on hospitals and health plans and cuts associated with related elements of the Budget reconciliation process.
