Seek support for making $200,000 in appropriations from the General Investigations account in the FY 2027 Energy and Water Resources Development Act to initiate a Coastal Storm Risk Management feasibility study for Bald Head Island and sufficient appropriations from the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund in FY 2027 to ensure the existing Wilmington Harbor Channels Project is maintained to authorized depths and dredged sand is placed on Bald Head Island beaches rather than deposited offshore.
