S. 1260 Rural Housing Services Reform Act- This bill would improve federal rural housing programs and increase affordable housing in small towns and rural communities. S.2651 ROAD to Housing Act - This bill aims to support the creation of housing supply and improve existing housing programs.

S. 2674 CDFI Fund Transparency Act- This bill would require the director of the CDFI Fund to testify in front of Congress annually.

S. 1880 CDFI Bond Guarantee Program Improvement Act - This bill will authorize the program for four years, to provide certainty to borrowers and lenders. It will also reduce the minimum loan size to $25 million and remove the annual limit on guarantees, to allow smaller CDFI to utilize the program and to support more community development projects. H.R. 8495 Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2026- This bill provides appropriations for several departments and agencies, including the CDFI Fund and the Small Business Administration.

H.R 2854 Neighborhood Homes Investment Act - This bill would create a new federal tax credit that will produce new equity investment dollars for the development and renovation of 1-4 family housing in distressed urban, suburban, and rural neighborhoods. H.R. 2725/S.1515 Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act- This bill would make improvements to the low income housing tax credit (LIHTC)

S. 3940 Access to Fair Financing for Opportunity and Resilient Development (AFFORD) Act - This bill would make improvements to the Bond Guarantee Program, make a Native housing pilot program permanent, establish a secondary market program, and mandate additional transparency with the CDFI Fund. H.R. 6955 Main Street Capital Access Act- This bill focuses on regulatory standards for community banks and credit unions includes two key CDFI priorities; the CDFI Fund Transparency Act and the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program Improvement Act.
