Support funding for economic development of the Dayton, Ohio, region; support Community Project Funding (CPF) for the Dayton, Ohio, region in House Appropriations bills; support Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) for the Dayton, Ohio, region in Senate Appropriations bills, including support for the City of Union Industrial Park Ambulance Program; Support military construction or planning and design at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Springfield Air National Guard Base in general; urge the administration to include military construction funding at Wright-Patterson and Springfield in future budget requests; support creative approaches to increase infrastructure capacity available to Wright-Patterson and Springfield mission needs involving leasing and partnership opportunities on and off the installations; Expansion of Pilot Program to Include Authority to Replace Certain Department of Defense Laboratories, and Section 4601, Military Construction, authorizing $21 million for the second increment of construction for the AFRL Human Performance Wing lab, and authorizes $9 million for Planning and Design (P&D) for the AFRL Advanced Materials Research Lab.
