-Attended OH11 Monthly Ambassador Calls with NE OH Congressional Office providing updates of what was happening in Congress -Requested in person meetings with Ohio Senators and NE OH Congressional Members Offices for Water Week 2026 -Attended State of District Event for a NE OH Congressional Member -Confirmed NEORSD attendance and Participation in a NE OH Congressional Member hosted Small Business Expo (5/2) and Housing Expo (6/6) -Updated a NE OH Congressional Office that we increased the tuition amount for our summer fellows who receive Louis Stokes Scholarship from Central State University

Environment/Superfund

-Discussed the 2026 Water Resource Development Act (WRDA) with NE OH Congressional Office -NEORSD was invited to U.S. EPA Air Annoucement Event on 4/8 and provided U.S. EPA local contacts for coordination -Submitted letter to U.S. EPAs proposed Waters of the United States (WOTUS) Rule -Submitted letter to U.S. EPAs proposed Section 401 Regulations

Budget/Appropriations

-Continued to coordinate and submit required documentation to U.S. EPA officials regarding implementation of our prior appropriated Community Project Funding (CPF) requests -Discussed recent passage of a NEORSD FY 2026 Community Project Funding (CPF) request and the current project timeline with a NE OH Congressional Office -Provided Notice to a NE OH Congressional Office of a recently finished FY 2023 CPF we plan to host a completion event for during late summer/early fall 2026 -Invited U.S. EPA and a NE OH Congressional Member to a FY 2024 CPF completion event on 6/17/2026 -Submitted FY 2027 Community Project Funding (CPF) requests to NE OH House and Senate Congressional Offices
