US cultural and historic relations between the US and Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, including requests for members of the House and Senate to join the Senate Baltic Freedom Caucus or House Baltic Caucus. Support for US - Baltic bilateral security assistance specifically in S. 1009 "Baltic Security Initiative" (BS) the authorization of the BSI in the House and Senate FY 2026 NDAA and appropriations of the BSI in the House and Senate Defense Appropriations and appropriations of FMF and IMET in the House and Senate National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs appropriations bill.
