Federal K-12 education funding for FY25 and the continuing resolution, especially Title I, II, III, and IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and IDEA and Head Start. FY25 funding withholding, FY26 appropriations for preK-12 education programs, continued funding for Supplemental Nutrition Assistant Program, and universal expansion of the school meals program. Restoring delayed K-12 formula grant funding. Maintaining K-12 program funding for FY26.
E-rate, Internet accessibility for K-12 students, staff, and schools and opposition to the rescinding of rules supporting funding for Wifi on school buses and loaner hotspots.
Opposition to cuts to Medicaid funding and the preservation of funding for school reimbursements for related health services under Medicaid.
