Support a minimum of $4.8 billion each for the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRFs), $73 million for activities carried out under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA); and $50 million for the Household Decentralized Wastewater System Grants. Maintain EPA's WaterSense Program - a voluntary public-private partnership program that identifies efficient and high-performing water-efficient plumbing products and services. Support NIST Plumbing Research Program - the outcomes of this program will positively impact how buildings and homes use water for decades to come by providing industry with the measurement science and applied research necessary to shape construction standards as well as develop new technologies.

Support key tax reform provisions: - American Innovation and R&D Competitiveness Act of 2025 (H.R. 1990) - Support bill to permanently allow for immediate research and development expensing looking back to 2022, when the provision expired. - ALIGN Act (H.R. 574/S.187)- Support legislation to make permanent full and immediate expensing. - EBITDA standard for interest deductibility for 5 years, retroactive to January 1, 2025.

Budget/Appropriations

Support Report Language for DOC NIST of no less than $2,000,000 for its Plumbing Research Lab activities. Maintain funding for EPA's WaterSense Program in Water Quality Protection - public-private partnership increases consumer choice by assisting American businesses and families in identifying certified products and practices.

Freedom to Invest in Tomorrows Workforce Act (H.R. 1151/S.756) - Support bill which permits the use of 529 account funds to pay for post-secondary training programs
