Implementation of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act, including Administrative proposals impacting state administration of this legislation. Improvements to postsecondary data collection and related infrastructure. Reforms to the Pell grant program to support shorter-term CTE programs.

Strengthening the federal investment in the Carl D. Perkins CTE Act (Perkins V) and other funding streams in support of CTE as part of the budget and appropriations process.

Reforms to better support CTE as part of efforts to update and reauthorize the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Reforms to the National Apprenticeship Act to more meaningfully connect CTE systems with apprenticeship programs and other employer-education partnerships.
