Official title: A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Federal Government should refund that part of the contributions which are required to be made by certain officers and employees of the Federal Government to the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund (and certain other retirement funds), but which would not be so required if the Federal Employees' Retirement Contribution Temporary Adjustment Act of 1983 had been extended.
