Pension Plan South African Investments Reporting Act of 1985 - Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to require each employee pension benefit plan to report annually to the Secretary of Labor describing the plan's investments in the Republic of South Africa and its administrative satellite countries, including the Transkei, Bophuthatswana, Ciske, and Venda.
Prohibits, with respect to such reporting requirement: (1) any exemption for small plans; and (2) any alternative method of compliance.
Sets forth provisions for civil enforcement of such reporting requirement.
