Official title: A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to modify the method for determining the amount payable by a Federal employee or Member of Congress in order to receive credit under the civil service retirement system based on certain military service, and to extend by one year the moratorium on the accrual of interest with respect to any such amount payable.
