A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to modify the actuarial reduction formula as it applies to surviving spouses who qualify for disability insurance benefits after first having become entitled to reduced widow's or widower's insurance benefits, to assure that their own coverage credits (on which such disability benefits are based) will be more realistically recognized in the resulting combined benefit amount.
