Commission to Investigate Federal Involvement with the Immigration of Nazi Collaborators Act - Establishes the Commission to Investigate Federal Involvement with the Immigration of Nazi Collaborators to: (1) investigate any efforts made by the Government or Federal officials to assist Nazi war criminals and Axis collaborators in entering the United States; and (2) report to the President and the Congress within 18 months of the Commission's first meeting.

Terminates the Commission 90 days after submission of such report.

Authorizes appropriations.
