Amends the Federal criminal code to make it a misdemeanor for any person to unlawfully conceal, take, steal or embezzle any flag of the United States. Prohibits any person from receiving or disposing of such a flag. Provides for a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
