Official title: A bill to amend titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act to provide that overpayments made to a deceased beneficiary and received by an entitled surviving beneficiary shall be considered overpayments to such surviving beneficiary, and shall be subject to the provisions of such Act relating to recovery, waiver of recovery, and adjustment of overpayments.
