Mixed Hazardous Waste Amendment Act of 1985 - Amends the Solid Waste Disposal Act to restate the intent of the Congress that such Act covers the generation, transportation, treatment, and storage of solid waste mixed with radioactive materials and the disposal of such mixed materials at Department of Energy Atomic Energy Act facilities and at other unlicensed facilities.
