Official title: A bill to provide that section 402(a)(31) of the Social Security Act, which requires that certain income of a stepparent living with a dependent child be taken into account in determining such child's need under the aid to families with dependent children program, shall not apply in any case where the stepparent was already living with the child at the time such section became effective.
