Radiation Research Reorganization Act of 1985 - Transfers to the Secretary of Health and Human Services the authority of the Secretary of Energy to conduct epidemiological studies of radiation effects. Directs the Secretary to exercise such authority through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control.

Establishes an advisory panel comprised of individuals representing: (1) public interest groups; (2) experts in epidemiological studies of radiation effects upon health; and (3) public health officials.
