Polish Refugee Act of 1984 - Gives refugee status (and asylum for those persons already in the United States) to those Poles who fled Poland after January 1, 1981, because of social, political, or religious persecution or fear of persecution.

Entitles such persons to refugee assistance as provided for under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
