Directs the Secretary of Commerce, to the extent approved in appropriation Acts, to reimburse the government of Nassau County, New York, for all necessary security related expenses associated with hosting the 1984 International Games for the Disabled.

Requires the government of Nassau County to: (1) report to the Secretary all of its anticipated security related expenses associated with the games; (2) keep records of such expenses; and (3) following the games submit to the Secretary a report of all such expenses.

Authorizes appropriations.
