Official title: A bill to provide that non-Federal interests shall pay an equitable share of the costs of water project feasibility studies conducted by the Corps of Engineers, the Bureau of Reclamation, and the Soil Conservation Service in order to encourage practical solutions to water resource problems and insure an orderly development of the Nation's water resources.
