Official title: A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide full benefits for disabled wives, husbands, widows, and widowers without regard to age (subject to limited adjustments to reflect any previous reductions in their benefits), to liberalize the strict definition of disability which is presently applicable to widows and widowers, and to provide benefits for essential spouses of disability beneficiaries without regard to age or children in care.
