Official title: A bill to make it clear that the recent amendments liberalizing the public pension offset provisions of the Social Security Act (made by section 337 of the Social Security Amendments of 1983) will apply with respect to all individuals receiving public pensions for months after June 1983 without regard to the date of their initial eligibility for such pensions.
