Plain-English summary
National Commission on Neurofibromatosis Act - Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish within 60 days a National Commission on Neurofibromatosis which shall formulate a plan to identify the research needed to develop an effective treatment and a cure for neurofibromatosis. Sets forth operating and related provisions.
Authorizes the Commission to transmit interim reports. Requires the Commission to make a final report to the President and to each House of Congress within two years.
Terminates the Commission three months after submission of the final report.
