Official title: A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to provide that eligibility for SSI benefits (and the amount of such benefits), in the case of disabled individuals working in sheltered workshops and in other cases where disabled individuals' incomes are necessarily irregular or spasmodic because of the nature of the disabilities involved, shall be determined on the basis of annual rather than monthly income.
