Medicare Physician Reimbursement Reform Act of 1982 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to annually publish a list of all physicians who have entered into an agreement with the Secretary to accept assignment for all Medicare patients he or she treats.

Provides a simplified billing procedure for participating physicians (termed cooperating physicians). Provides that cooperating physicians shall be paid a bonus of one dollar for each claim submitted in accordance with the simplified billing procedure.
