Official title: A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to remove the homebound requirement for home health services and to include additional types of services as home health services, to amend the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 to clarify the purposes, goals, and administration of the senior companion program, and to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to establish an income tax credit for maintaining a household for dependents who are 65 years of age or older.
