Recognizes the Pause for the Pledge as part of National Flag Day and encourages that it be part of the day's ceremonies. Urges all Americans to participate in National Flag Day by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance on June 14.

Provides that the Congress shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Star-Spangled Banner Flag House in Baltimore, Maryland.
