A bill to amend the United States Housing Act of 1937 to require that future increases in social security benefits be excluded in determining the eligibility of an individual or family for admission to or occupancy of low-income housing and the amount of the rent payable for accommodations in such housing, and to require a similar exclusion under other federally assisted housing programs.
