Allow emergency conservation payments for updated farm fencing technology.
This bill would amend the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 to permit emergency conservation system payments to be used for upgrading farm fencing to new or emerging technology. The bill expands what that money can cover to include modernizing fencing with newer technology.
