Protect seaports from unmanned aircraft systems.
This bill would establish protections for seaports against unmanned aircraft systems, commonly known as drones. The legislation has been referred to the Committee on the Judiciary and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure for review. The bill is currently in the early stages of the legislative process and has not yet been voted on.
Referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
