Pentagon to assess and strengthen fuel supply resilience for California military bases.
This bill directs the Secretary of Defense to evaluate risks to the fuel supply infrastructure that supports military installations in California and to take steps to make those fuel supply chains more resilient. The bill is currently in the House Judiciary Committee and the House Armed Services Committee for review.
Referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
