The bill provides the funding to FEMA for the necessary expenses to carry out the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act with respect to major disasters.
Referred to the Committee on Appropriations, and in addition to the Committee on the Budget, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
