WIC Collaboration Study Act
This bill directs the Government Accountability Office to carry out a study on whether interagency data sharing and collaboration between the state agencies that administer the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Medicaid may result in increased enrollment in WIC.
Referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce, and in addition to the Committees on Agriculture, and Energy and Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
