Reducing Medically Unnecessary Delays in Care Act of 2025
This bill requires Medicare coverage decisions, including prior authorization requirements and adverse coverage decisions, to be based on written clinical criteria that is developed in consultation with physicians.
ASSUMING FIRST SPONSORSHIP - Mr. Murphy asked unanimous consent that he may hereafter be considered as the first sponsor of H.R. 2433, a bill originally introduced by Representative Green (TN), for the purpose of adding cosponsors and requesting reprintings pursuant to clause 7 of rule XII.
