This resolution authorizes current and former Members and employees of the Senate to testify and produce documents in the case of United States of America v. Robert Menendez, et al., and related proceedings (except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted). The resolution also authorizes the Senate Legal Counsel to represent current and former Members and employees of the Senate in connection with the case.
