Securing Our Propane Supply Act

This bill requires the Department of Energy (DOE) to study the feasibility and effectiveness of establishing a national strategic propane reserve that is separate from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. If DOE finds a reserve should be established, then DOE must develop an implementation plan.
