Natural Gas Export Expansion Act

This bill expands the expedited application and approval process for natural gas imports or exports to include a permit to a nation that is not a party to a free trade agreement with the United States, unless the nation is (1) subject to sanctions or trade restrictions, or (2) excluded by the President or Congress for national security reasons.
