WaterSMART Access for Tribes Act

This bill allows the Bureau of Reclamation to reduce or waive the nonfederal cost share of WaterSMART grants for Indian tribes if paying that cost share would result in a financial hardship for the tribe. (WaterSMART grants support projects related to water conservation and water use efficiency.)
