Deployed Emergency Professionals Lasting Over a Year Tax Relief Act or the DEPLOY Tax Relief Act

This bill allows a tax deduction for the travel expenses of federal disaster relief workers away from home for more than one year. (Under current law, the deduction for travel expenses while away from home is limited to temporary work assignments for one year or less except for a few specific situations.)
