Protecting Americans from Russian Litigation Act of 2024

This bill prohibits civil claims in federal court for harm resulting from the imposition of U.S. sanctions (e.g., export controls) impeding the performance of a contract.  

The prohibition only applies if the U.S. sanctions went into effect after the date on which the contract was executed.
