No Vaccine Mandates in Higher Education Act
This bill prohibits an institution of higher education (IHE) from receiving federal funds if the IHE requires its students or staff to receive a COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of enrollment in or employment at the IHE or for receiving any benefit, service, or contract.
