Expansion of Attainable Homeownership Through Manufactured Housing Act of 2023

This bill removes the requirement that a manufactured home (formerly known as a mobile home) must be built on a permanent chassis.

A permanent chassis is a structural element of a manufactured home that is used to transport the home and is not necessarily part of the foundation.
