This bill directs the General Services Administration to sell the Webster School, located in the District of Columbia, by December 31, 2025, subject to specified requirements.

Specifically, the property shall be subject to survey and any net proceeds from the sale shall be paid into an account in the Federal Buildings Fund for expenditure only subject to a specific future appropriation.
