Supporting Commercial Fishing in Port Infrastructure Projects Act

This bill modifies the Maritime Administration's (MARAD's) Port Infrastructure Development Program to allow MARAD to award grants for port infrastructure development projects that support the loading and unloading of commercially harvested fish and fish products.
