Drain the Intelligence Community Swamp Act of 2023
This bill revokes the security clearances of 51 individuals who signed a statement titled Public Statement on the Hunter Biden Emails and dated October 19, 2020. It also (1) specifies that a security clearance may not be granted or renewed for any of them, and (2) requires the Departments of Defense and Justice to investigate these individuals.
ASSUMING FIRST SPONSORSHIP - Mr. Biggs asked unanimous consent that he may hereafter be considered as the first sponsor of H.R. 4205, a bill originally introduced by Representative Santos, for the purpose of adding cosponsors and requesting reprintings pursuant to clause 7 of rule XII. Agreed to without objection.
